Hey!  I’m Trey!

I am a faith-driven wrtier, speaker, and educator based in Nashville, Tennessee.  Originally from Mississippi, God led my wife, Ashlynn and I on a journey to Tennessee nearly a decade ago.  Little did we know that God would take us on one of the wildest rides of our lives.

My purpose is simple.  I’m here to lift others and to show them there is a God that loves them and wants incredible things for them.  I want men and women to rise to their God-given potential, empowering them to lift others as well.

You’ll usually find me out on a hiking trail, in the kitchen cooking for my family, or running around with my wife and our chocolate lab, Ryman.  Thank you for stopping by my neck of the woods!
